IN Amsterdam helps international newcomers to Amsterdam and the greater Amsterdam region (residence and work permits, BSN, driving licence). They serve companies and internationals by simplifying immigration processes and helping to settle into life in the Amsterdam Area. IN Amsterdam hosts events too, including regular seminars led by experts, covering topics such as employment, taxes and education.



The Amsterdam Public Library Foundation (Openbare Bibliotheek Amsterdam) is a cultural institution that aims to promote the free flow of information in Amsterdam society. The OBA is listed as a cultural public benefit institution. The Alliance Française Amsterdam is located at Oba Oosterdok and 




The Institut français promotes French culture internationally, in dialogue with foreign cultures. It promotes initiatives related to various artistic fields, intellectual engagement, cultural and social innovation, and linguistic cooperation. It promotes the French language around the world, as well as the mobility of works of art, artists and ideas

Goethe-Institut is a cultural institution of the Federal Republic of Germany. They promote knowledge of the German language abroad and international cultural cooperation.
We organise jointly screenings every last Tuesday of the month. French and German films are presented alternatively. A discussion on the film follows during some informal drinks.



Arte
is a European public service channel that promotes cultural programming. Most of its programming is French or German content but programmes are available with English, Spanish, Polish and Italian subtitles. 

Reporters d'Espoirs is launching the second edition of the "European Young Reporter Award", dedicated to young Europeans, from 18 to 30 years old. The call for applications is open until March 30, 2022. With this prize, the NGO encourages young people to become actors of information, to practice writing in French, and to spread the knowledge of constructive initiatives in Europe.
The Prize is in line with the mission of Reporters d'Espoirs "for information and media that make people want to act". 


The Amsterdam International Community School (AICS)
is a Dutch International Primary and Secondary School offering international education in English. They offer education for kids aged 4 to 19, following the International Baccalaureate program, and also provide childcare and other services for younger children. The Alliance Française Amsterdam and AICS have partnered through the creation of a "French Club" for children willing to speak French.


The Lycée français Vincent van Gogh is a member establishment of the AEFE (Agency for French Education Abroad) network and is directly managed by the Agency. Teaching takes place in accordance with the official instructions and programmes of the French Ministry of Education. Pupils are prepared for examinations within the French secondary education system (brevet, baccalaureate). The Alliance Française Amsterdam offer French courses and extracurricular activities for children at the Lycée.

The French Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands is a private foundation and has the goal of promoting trade between the Netherlands and France and strengthening French-Dutch business relations in the Netherlands. On the one hand, they offer a wide range of services, such as support in establishing a subsidiary and salary administration of personnel in the Netherlands. Furthermore, they also offer market exploration services. On the other hand, the French Chamber of Commerce organizes a variety of events to maintain its member network, such as thematic seminars, debate lunches and networking drinks.


EUNIC Netherlands
supports cultural exchanges and cooperation between European Union member states in the Netherlands. They provide a platform for the promotion of European culture, language and art through various projects and events. EUNIC facilitates partnerships between cultural institutions and promotes the visibility of European cultural activities in the Netherlands.
