Atelier cuisine - Galette des Rois

(Description en français en dessous)

Do you want to learn how to cook delicious dishes?

Then join us for our online cooking workshops!

The galette des rois is a cake traditionally made and eaten in most of France, Quebec, Acadia, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium and Lebanon on the occasion of Epiphany, a Christian holiday celebrating the visit of the Magi to the Christ child, celebrated either on 6 January or the first Sunday after 1 January, depending on the country.

This galette is also sometimes called the "Galette Parisienne"  in the south of France, where the "Gateau des Rois" is eaten instead of the "Galette des Rois".

Agnès Marie, passionate about cooking, will teach you step by step how to make a frangipane.

Gather the ingredients and prepare it live! An online evening in a good atmosphere with your teacher.
