Atelier cuisine - Canelés bordelais

(Description en français en dessous)

Do you want to learn how to cook delicious dishes?

Then join us for our online cooking workshops!

The canelé was invented in Bordeaux in the 16th century. This small cake, called "Canelat" was prepared by the nuns of the Annonciades convent. The name comes from Gascon, a language spoken in Bordeaux until the 20th century.

Agnès Marie, passionate about cooking, will teach you step by step how to make a canelé. Gather the ingredients and prepare it live! An online evening in a good atmosphere with your teacher.
