Atelier cuisine - Paris Brest

(Description en français en dessous)

Do you want to learn how to cook delicious dishes?

Then join us for our online cooking workshops!

In 1891, Pierre Giffard founded the Paris-Brest cycle race. To pay tribute to the cyclists, he asked a pastry chef from Maisons-Laffitte to invent a dessert. The Paris-Brest was born! Shaped like a bicycle wheel, the dessert is made of crunchy choux pastry filled with a praline mousseline cream and sprinkled with almonds. In 2015, the cake became the 15th favourite dessert of the French!

Agnès Marie, passionate about cooking, will teach you step by step how to make a Paris-Brest! Gather the ingredients and prepare it live! An online evening in a good atmosphere with your teacher.
