Flan is a very popular pastry. The flan appeared as early as 1399 at the coronation of Henry IV of England. Imported to France, the flan was adapted with a crispy pastry. The Parisian flan is therefore the name given to a flan baked exclusively on shortbread.
Agnès Marie, passionate about cooking, will teach you step by step how to make a Parisien Flan.
Gather the ingredients and prepare it live! An online evening in a good atmosphere with your teacher.
